Refund Policy
Effective date: 01 August 2025
1. No refund for completed services
Refunds will not be issued for tokens used to schedule, manage, and complete deliveries via our platform. Once a delivery has been successfully executed using our system, the corresponding token(s) are considered consumed and non-refundable.
2. Eligible refund scenarios
We may issue a refund or credit tokens back to a user's wallet in the following circumstances:
- System malfunction preventing proper access or execution of the service
- Double billing or duplicate transactions
- Non-activation of service despite payment confirmation
All refund claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and a resolution will be provided at our discretion.
3. Demo availability
We offer a product demo upon request, allowing potential users to explore the platform prior to committing any funds.
4. Refund request process
To initiate a refund or credit request, users must contact our support team via email at [email protected]. Please include the following in your request:
- Your registered account details
- Transaction reference
- Description of the issue
All requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction in question.
5. Non-refundable situations
We do not offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Tokens have been deducted for a completed delivery
- The request falls outside of the defined refund criteria
6. Our rights
Tracit Technology Limited reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined above.
