Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades activate immediately and we credit any unused time on your current plan toward the new one. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
How does annual billing work?
Pick Annual on any paid plan and you're locked in at today's pricing for 12 months. We charge once a year instead of monthly, and the discount kicks in straight away. You can switch back to monthly billing whenever you like.
Do you charge per delivery on top of the plan?
No. Plans include the orders listed for the cycle — no per-delivery fees. SMS notifications are billed at network cost via your token balance, with full visibility on every send.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee. Onboarding support — including a guided walkthrough and your first dispatch — is included on every plan.
What happens if I exceed my monthly order limit?
Tracit lets you go over for the rest of the month and prompts you to upgrade. Nothing breaks — your team keeps shipping while you decide.
Can I get a custom plan?
